If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our returns and refunds process is simple and straightforward.
Returns
You may return any delivered product within 14 working days of delivery for any reason, including if you change your mind.
To do so, please notify us in writing via email or post within this time.
- If you are returning a product for any reason other than damage or manufacturer defect, you will need to pay the return costs.
- On request, we can arrange collection, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the legal right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory, unfit for purpose, or not as described within 30 days of receipt. In this case, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement.
- If products arrive damaged, please note this on the delivery paperwork and inform us by email or post within a reasonable time.
Condition of Returns:
- Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered.
- If flat-packed, they should be returned in the original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
