All Trimetals products are delivered with clear, step-by-step instructions and can be assembled using basic tools. However, for customers who prefer a hassle-free experience, we offer a professional assembly service for selected products and locations.
What’s Included in Our Assembly Service:
- Delivery of your product, our team will bring it with them
- Visual inspection of each panel for damage or defects before installation begins
- Full assembly of your Trimetals product
- Levelling of the product (where feasible)
- Install of waterproof membrane
- Anchoring of the product to the ground
Important Information
Suitable Base Required:
Before assembly can take place, you must have a firm, level base such as concrete, paving slabs, or decking boards. The base must be fully set, secure, and flat across the entire footprint of the product.
Access Requirements:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate space and access to the assembly location. If our team cannot complete the assembly due to access or base issues, the full assembly charge will still apply.
Limited Postcode Coverage:
Our assembly service is only available in selected areas. Please check our postcode list before adding assembly to your basket.
Assembly Must Be Pre-booked:
Installation must be selected at the time of order. It cannot be added after delivery has been arranged.
No Discounts Apply to Assembly Services:
Promotional discounts, including website or trade discounts, do not apply to installation charges.
