It has become apparant that many areas in the UK have been targeted by thieves stealing gas cylinders. The bottles are valuable as they can be either traded in or sold for scrap.
Police are warning people after this spate of thefts and commented “We would ask people not to leave gas bottles in view to avoid giving thieves the opportunity to take advantage and steal them”
