Trimetals Ltd offers Interest Free Finance which is arranged through V12 Retail Finance. Interest Free is available over 12 or 24 months. There is a minimum order value of £499 to qualify and a deposit of 10% is required.

Note that finance is not available for any products which are on Special Offer or if a Promotional / Discount Code is used.

Applying for finance is fast and easy. Place your order using our website, choose the finance option on the Checkout Page, then complete the application form, you will then get an instant credit decision which you can electronically sign online. Once it has been accepted, you pay the deposit and the process is complete; we will then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Finance is NOT available on products that have been reduced or where a discount code has been applied.

How to Apply

  • Select the product(s) you wish to purchase from our website
  • Click “Add to Basket”
  • Check “Your Shopping Basket” to ensure the order is correct
  • Click “Continue to Checkout”
  • Fill in your Billing and Delivery details
  • Scroll down to “Payment Details”
  • Click on “0% finance over 12 or 24 months”
  • A drop down menu will appear showing options for 12 or 24 month finance (you will see calculations of the monthly payments and the deposit required).
  • Select which option you require – 12 or 24 months.
  • You will then be redirected to the V12 Finance website to make your application.

What Do I Need to Apply for Credit?

To apply for credit you must meet the following criteria:

  • Is 18 or older
  • Is in permanent paid employment, self-employed, homemaker, retired and receiving a pension, working student in parttime work or in receipt of a disability benefit
  • Has been a resident in the UK or Jersey for at least 3 years
  • Has a debit or credit card in their name, which is registered to their address, to pay the deposit where applicable
  • Has a Bank or Building Society current account available – this is required to complete the direct debit instruction
  • Has an email address to receive the important information throughout the application process, including their signed credit agreement

Approval of Finance Application

Credit checks take a few seconds, once approved you will be able to access your V12 finance agreement which you eSign.

Once everything has been approved, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date for your order.

Note that finance is subject to status.

How do I pay for my Finance Option

The payment will consist of two stages

Step 1 – The initial deposit is paid by debit or credit card to Trimetals Ltd – 10% of the total order value.

Step 2 – The monthly payments are paid by Direct Debit to the Finance company V12 Retail Finance.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel the Finance agreement with V12 any time up to 14 days after signing the agreement

If you wish to do this, you should contact Trimetals Ltd, phone number 0333 696 6800 to confirm the cancellation or alternatively you can contact V12 retail finance on the phone number on your paperwork.
