Step 1: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and order number. Please check it carefully and let us know if anything needs correcting. (Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.)

Step 2: Things may go quiet for a bit—this is normal! About 7 days before delivery, you’ll get an email or phone call confirming your delivery day.

Step 3: The evening before delivery, we’ll send you your delivery window.

Step 4: On the day itself, our courier will contact you with an update.

Step 5: Your shed is delivered!

Yes. Grass or gravel is unsuitable. You’ll need a firm, level surface such as concrete, tarmac, or paving slabs to ensure stability and prevent issues with damp or alignment.

Usually you won’t need planning permission. However, there are exceptions—like conservation areas or restrictions on placing sheds at the front of some London properties. If you’re unsure, it’s best to check with your local planning office.

Yes! All our sheds come with fixing bolts as standard. Securing your shed to the ground is straightforward and strongly recommended.

Condensation can occur in any metal shed without proper preparation. However, our sheds include an integral ventilation system in the roof to reduce condensation and keep contents dry. It’s essential to install your shed on a well-constructed, dry, level base (slightly larger than the shed itself) and ensure the edges are smoothed and angled to direct water away. Avoid placing plants or bushes close to the shed that might encourage damp.

It depends on the size:

Storage units: 1–2 hours

Large walk-in sheds: 3–4 hours

We recommend two people for assembly to make the process easier and safer.

We deliver to most parts of the UK mainland. For specific delivery details to your address, please get in touch with your postcode and the product you’re interested in, and we’ll confirm the options for you.

Delivery is included for most locations. There is a surcharge for deliveries to Scotland (for Titan Sheds, Motorcycle Garages, and Mobility Scooter Garages—but not for our other products). Offshore islands, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Wight, have surcharges on all products. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.
