Thank you for your order and for choosing our assembly service.

To make sure your installation runs smoothly, we need to gather a few details about your site before we can book an assembly date. This form helps our Assembly Team assess the suitability of your hard, level base and ensure there are no issues that could delay or prevent installation.

As part of the form, we’ll also ask you to upload a photograph of the base and surrounding area. This allows our team to confirm everything is ready in advance, so your assembly can be completed efficiently on the day.

Your base is solid and level

A suitable base is essential for successful installation. Please provide a photograph of your completed base so we can confirm it is solid and level. To help our engineers assess this more accurately, we kindly ask that you include a picture with a spirit level placed on the base if possible. This will ensure our team can complete the assembly efficiently when they arrive.

Assembly Terms and Conditions*

1. There must be a suitable solid level base that is inline with our guidelines and prepared before the installers arrive on the day.

2. We require that a person over the age of 18 is present at the property, unless otherwise agreed.

This is particularly important so the installers can check you are happy with the siting of the product prior to the commencement of installation, and for the installers to familiarise you with your new building after the build is complete.

3. At the address there must be free parking or a suitable loading/unloading area with free parking close by.

Permit holders only roads will require you to provide a permit advance of the team’s arrival.

4. Electricity must be available on request.

5. There must be clear and safe access, and be no more than 40 metres to the assembly site.

6. Our delivery and assembly team can carry sheds or storage units through your property provided that a clear, unobstructed route is available.

Please ensure this access route is prepared in advance of our arrival, as delays or difficulties may affect the installation.

7. There must be 60cm of working room around all sides of the shed or garden building (excludes storage boxes)

8. All vegetation such as trees, bushes, grass etc. must be cut back prior to arrival.

10. If you have pets, the area must be free of any mess and properly cleaned before the assembly takes place.

11. We may ask for dogs to be kept away from the area whilst the assembly is taking place.

13. Late notice cancellations on booked installations may be chargeable in full.

14. If the team arrives to find the base is not suitable, access is poor, the area is hazardous, no one is available at the property on the pre booked installation date or any of the other terms noted above, then the job may not be able to go ahead, but the booking will still have to be paid in full.

15. In the unfortunate event your assembly booking needs to be postponed by us, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, we will not be held liable for any costs / losses incurred resulting from any such delay.
