All models in our new comprehensive Hercules range are guaranteed for 10 years even in the harshest coastal locations.

This extended service life eliminates the need for regular replacements as Hercules steps can last many times longer than conventional steps; therefore offering excellent value for money.

Safety is quite rightly the major concern so do not risk using rusty or deteriorated steps (if you are a site owner / manager the condition of steps on your park should be included in your risk assessment).

Caravan steps – Unique Construction

Every part of our steps are uniquely constructed; the frames and handrails are manufactured from painted (white or green) stainless steel; the treads are produced from one piece aluminium alloy extrusions which incorporates an integral non-slip surface for safety. Note that there is a minimum order of 25 steps for the green colour option.

Caravan steps – Handrails

Caravan steps are available in both bolt-on and freestanding form and can be supplied with an optional painted stainless steel handrail, which will fit either side of the frame, or both sides if required.

Adjustable Height & Three Tread Lengths

A choice of three different tread lengths is available, and adjustable feet are incorporated to allow accurate height adjustment and levelling on sloping ground.

Caravan steps – Easy to Assemble

All Trimetals steps are supplied either factory assembled or flat packed. As shown in the illustration each tread is securely fixed to the frame using four stainless steel nuts and bolts. The only tool required is a spanner which is included for you.

Note: There is a surcharge if steps are required fully assembled.
