New Garden Storage in July 2010

It has been another busy period for Trimetals.
This month will see the start of our major factory extension – this will give us extra production capacity and allow for a dedicated new product development and testing area.
We have been asked by a number of foreign companies to design and produce storage units of specific designs – as these go into production we will also introduce them into the UK market.
There will be a number of new products launched in July and August so please visit our website or blog regularly to see these new and exciting additions to the range.
The new Protect a Bike motorcycle garage is now available – it is the only product of its kind in the UK to be approved by both the Loss Prevention Certification Board (passing ratings 1 and 2) and Secured by Design (Official Police Preferred Specification). We are also pleased to announce that we have sold over 100,000 (one hundred thousand) garden storage units into the UK market (this does not include sales of our other products – sheds, garages etc).

February 2010 will be a busy month for Trimetals, we will take delivery of a new 250,000 GBP punching machine which is needed due to the ongoing increased demand for our products; in addition the building of our new major factory extension will commence.

After an extremely successful 2009 we have acknowledged that even more hi-tec machinery and space is needed to guarantee your orders arrive on time – our mission is to ensure all storage units are delivered within 7 days of order and sheds within 14 days of order.

Remember that we manufacture all products in the UK – we do not import from the USA or Far East like many of our competitors. We only supply our own top quality products, all with a 25 year panel guarantee – no other company offers that promise.

Trimetals – November 2009

It’s been another busy period for Trimetals having just completed the Interbuild Show (NEC) Birmingham, where our products were showcased to the building trade.

Although we already supply to major construction companies who place our sheds / stores in the gardens of new homes we are also very keen to supply the smaller constructors too.

This show has introduced our range of professional quality storage buildings to a large number of new construction companies who are now interested in using them in building projects within the UK for 2010.

We also had a very successful “Paris Cycle Show” – our French agent / distributor was delighted with the response that our ultra secure bike store “Protect a Cycle” received. Cycle theft is a major problem in France as it is in the UK, and our product is ideal for the smaller gardens which feature in major cities throughout Europe.

In addition to France we have also established further agents / distributors in Germany and Spain who will take first shipments early next year.

2009 has been a good year for Trimetals and whilst our competitors are decreasing in size and cutting staff we have enjoyed continued growth which we know is a result of our superior quality products and excellent customer service.

It’s been a busy period for Trimetals – having exhibited our products at both the Hull and Beaulieu mobile home trade shows it was then over to France to participate in the Paris Cycle Show.

Our Protect a Cycle (which is the only cycle store to have achieved the Police SBD mark) proved extremely popular with the French cycling enthusiasts and our agent (BGS) reported huge interest in this unique product.

Back in the UK we have this month been accepted into the Trading Standards “Buy with Confidence” scheme – this involved our company and its procedures being vetted by Trading Standards officials to ensure that we operate in a legal, honest and fair way.

Even though we are now in our 42nd year of trading the “Buy With Confidence” stamp gives our customers even more peace of mind when dealing with our company.

And lastly, with so many companies cutting back at the moment we are bucking the trend and have recently ordered a new £250,000 state of the art punching machine which will be delivered and installed next month.

The addition of this new equipment will ensure that delivery times are kept to a minimum – we aim to get all orders dispatched within a maximum of two weeks.
